They are great as an early morning breakfast treat and can even work as a light lunch substitute. To make the donuts even more nutritious you can add our Chocolate Flavor EVOLVE Plant Protein. You not only get 25 grams of plant protein to kickstart your day but also some added chocolate flavor to satiate your taste buds. To make them even more delicious you can also add granola, chocolate sauce and peanut butter from top.

  • Ingredients

  • 1 cup gluten-free flour
  • ¼ cup cocoa powder
  • 1½ Tbsp ground flax meal
  • ¼ cup coconut sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1¼ cup unsweetened nut milk
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 scoop EVOLVE Performance Plant Protein (Rich Chocolate Flavour)

  • Instructions

    1. Mix all of the ingredients in a bowl until the texture forms a batter
    2. Heat the oven to 180 C and grease your donut pan 
    3. Add the batter onto the pan 
    4. Bake for 15-20 minutes
    5. Top it off with granola, chocolate sauce and peanut butter (optional)
