How do I cancel an order?
Unfortunately, once an order is transmitted to our system, it cannot be cancelled. You can attempt to contact customer service to cancel your order right after you submit it, but cancellation is not guaranteed.
What is your return policy?
Once an order ships from our warehouse it is final sale. We currently do not accept returns.
Which forms of payments do you accept?
OLENA does not directly accept any payments. Our payments partner, PayuMoney accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal.
Is OLENA.in a secure site?
Absolutely. OLENA uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to provide you with the safest, most secure shopping experience possible. SSL technology enables encryption (scrambling) of sensitive information, including passwords and credit card numbers, during your online transactions.
When is my card charged?
Your credit card is charged at the time of your purchase.
Do you offer a referral bonus?
At this time, we do not have a referral bonus program.
How long will my order take to arrive?
We partner with ARAMAX for all orders outside of Maharashtra and HOLISOL for orders within Maharashtra. If you place your order before 11am, your order will ship the same day and expected to arrive within 5 business days. As soon as your product ships, we’ll email you the tracking information.
How do I track my order?
Your tracking number will appear as a link in your order confirmation email. If you’re having trouble locating your shipment, email email@example.com.
Where does OLENA ship?
OLENA currently ships all over India.
Do you have free shipping?
Absolutely. All orders come with free shipping.
What if my order was damaged in transit?
We take great care in packaging your order as securely as possible. In the unlikely event that your product does arrive with damage, please let us know within 14 days of delivery by emailing our Care Team at firstname.lastname@example.org and please include photos.
What if my package is missing or stolen?
It is the responsibility of customers to ensure that their carriers have a secure system for delivering packages. If you are concerned that your mail carrier made an error, please report your missing package with a detailed description of the event to email@example.com within 7 days of delivery.
I entered my address incorrectly. What now?
You can update your shipping (and billing) information easily anytime on your account page. If you realize you entered the incorrect address information after an order ships, though, we will not be able to re-route it or make any adjustments, so hopefully you catch the error beforehand. OLENA is not responsible for customers entering their shipping address incorrectly or failing to update their address if they move.
Are OLENA products safe for kids and pregnant or nursing mothers?
OLENA’s products are designed for adults, with the exception of pregnant or breastfeeding women. Our products are not formulated for children. Please consult your healthcare provider if you are considering giving OLENA’s products to your children.

When do the OLENA products expire?
OLENA products have a 12-month shelf life from the date of manufacture. Simply look to the back of your container to know your product’s shelf life.
